1. Right to return purchased goods

In accordance with consumer protection law, you may exercise your right to return purchased products at your own expense, without any penalty and without having to state a specific reason. You only need to inform us by email info@kikilondon-bg.com within fourteen (14) days of the date you received the product.

The products you wish to return must be sent back within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you informed us of your decision, to the following address: Bulgaria, Sofia 1750, g.k. Mladost 1, Chergata Shopping Center, floor 1, office 30.

If you have met all the requirements below, we will fully refund the amount of the returned products:

- The products must be unopened and in their original packaging;

- To have no signs of use, impaired appearance or staining;

- Include the original invoice/receipt with which you received the products or your order number;

The costs of returning the products are at your expense;

You will be notified if returned products cannot be accepted because they do not meet the conditions set out in the previous paragraph. In this case, you can choose to have the products shipped back to you at your expense.

If you refuse the above delivery, we reserve the right to retain the products and the amount paid for them.

Please note that any duties, taxes and charges you have paid for the delivery of the purchased products (if any) are non-refundable.

2. Complaints

2.1 A claim for a damaged shipment is made:

  • at the time of receipt of the shipment and in the presence of the courier, as this is noted with a note in the bill of lading and with a finding protocol completed on the spot in two copies, signed by the recipient and the courier.


  • within 14 days of receipt of the shipment by email to info@kikilondon-bg.com , with the order number and photos of the product(s) provided.

2.2 Although we give a 100% guarantee on our products, we accept that there may be unsatisfied customers. In this case, please contact us to assess how we can be of assistance. If there is a valid reason for a complaint, it can be submitted up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
Please note that increased sensitivity or an allergic reaction to the delivered goods cannot in itself be considered a defect of the goods. Similarly, defects in gifts and other free items we provide in addition to your order are not considered a defect.

If when you purchased the product you want to return it was accompanied by free item(s), you must also return them in their respective form (full and unused, in their original unprinted packaging)

3. Refunds

The refund procedure for returned products starts within 14 working days from the date we received them.

The term for refunding the amount you paid for the purchase of the returned products depends on the form of payment you used:

  • Cash on delivery purchase: we refund all amounts paid on delivery or on site only by bank transfer to your personal account.
  • If it is necessary to return sums paid by debit or credit card, this will be done by us through a credit transaction on the card with which the payment was made.
