Rules for purchasing goods

1. Sales Rules

1.1 Liu Sto OOD offers nail products for sale at " https://kikilondon-bg.com/ ", as the exclusive distributor for Bulgaria of BIO BEAUTY LTD and KiKi London brand.
1.2 Liu Sto OOD reserves the right not to process and fulfill orders that do not comply with the sales rules of kikilondon-bg.com.

2. How to place an order through an online store.

2.1 To place an order for the purchase of one or more products on kikilondon-bg.com, you must complete the online order form and submit it electronically following the instructions.
2.2 The order request contains information about the main characteristics of each product ordered and the price of the relevant unit (including all applicable taxes and fees), the type of payment you can use to purchase each product, delivery terms for the products purchased, delivery and transport costs. In the above cases, we will inform you by e-mail that the agreement has not been fulfilled and that Liu Sto Ltd. has not fulfilled your purchase order, stating the reasons for this.

If the products displayed on kikilondon-bg.com are not available during the last visit to the site or after Liu Sto OOD has received your order request, Liu Sto OOD will inform you of the unavailability of the ordered products within two ( 2) working days from the day Liu Sto OOD received your order.
If the order request has been submitted and the price has been paid for products that are no longer available, Liu Sto Ltd. will refund the amount paid for those products without delay, and the agreement between the parties will be considered terminated.
2.7 By submitting an order request to Liu Sto OOD, you unconditionally accept and undertake to comply with the provisions of these Purchase Rules. In the event that you do not agree with any of the provisions of these Rules, please do not submit an order request for the purchase of products on kikilondon-bg.com.
2.8 Once the agreement has entered into force, the Merchant will send you a confirmation of receipt of the purchase request by e-mail. By submitting an order form, you agree and accept these Purchase Rules, as well as additional conditions contained on kikilondon-bg.com.
2.9 All products purchased are intended for use in the country from which they were ordered. If you decide to export the products to another country, you will be responsible for complying with the export law of the country from which they were purchased and the import law of the country into which you are importing them. Liu Sto Ltd. is not responsible if you make such a decision.

3. Warranties and product prices

3.2 Prices are subject to change. Check the final sale price before submitting an order request.
3.3 Orders placed on the site from addresses to which Liu Sto OOD cannot deliver are automatically cancelled.
3.4 In case you decide to exercise your right to return the purchased products, kikilondon-bg.com has the right not to accept the returned products or not to fully refund the amounts paid for the purchased products that have been changed from their original form or are damaged.

4. Methods of payment

4.1 Payment of the value of the products and delivery costs must be made using one of the procedures specified in the order request.

Selected products can be paid to the supplier by "cash on delivery" or by credit or debit card (Paysera).

Cash on Delivery

With this type of payment, the price is paid in cash, to the courier, upon receipt (delivery) of the ordered goods.

Credit and debit cards

Types of cards you can pay with: Visa, Visa Electron, V PAY, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro. For this purpose, a direct connection with a terminal is used Paysera .
